MSc or MRes?

The School offers a range of Masters of Science (MSc) and Masters of Research (MRes) degrees. An MRes features a larger research component and is ideal for students interested in continuing onto a research career. An MSc degree contains a smaller research component alongside taught modules, and is suitable for students interested in a broader range of careers.

MSc in Cancer Cell Biology

This MSc will equip you with a detailed understanding of the molecular basis and cell biology of cancer. Students will gain research experience in a project placement with research scientists and clinicians, including those working on DNA repair, genome instability and cell cycle function, in the internationally renowned Genome Damage and Stability Centre.
