Microfluidics Scientist - Microfabrication - Cambridge

Due to expansion of a scientific engineering company and the success of a number of products a growing company, in Cambridgeshire, are keen to add a Microfluidics Scientist or Microfluidics Engineer to lead specialist development projects.

You will be helping with the development of very complex scientific technologies and will make use of your microfabrication skills on the development of cutting-edge sensors and diagnostics technologies.

We are open to people just leaving university after a PhD or people with a few years industry experience working on Microfluidics or MEMS technologies, but you must have practical microfabrication experience, ideally on silicon, polymer, glass and other ceramics and components.

Due to the complex nature of your work you will be expected to hold a degree and PhD within an engineering, sciences or materials subject.

This role will allow you to shape the direction of brand new complex technologies that will help many people across the globe.
