Our newly formed Executive Support team is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join us in our recently merged, Faculty of Health: Medicine, Dentistry and Human Sciences.

We are responsible for providing a high standard of PA and admin services to the executive team within the Faculty, and want a highly motivated, well-organised person to join us in the post of Assistant Administrator (School of Nursing and Midwifery).

Under the direction of the Personal Assistant (SNAM) you will provide routine administrative support in the School Office to support the school PA, academic staff and senior managers. You will also provide excellent customer service to the school/executive leadership team by arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, and other types of admin support as required.

Expect this role to develop and change as the Executive Support Team matures and the School Office develops. You can expect support in terms of your personal and professional development, and opportunities to gain experience in a wide range of Faculty projects.

You will need to be flexible and able to work at any of our sites including the Main Campus, John Bull Building (next to Derriford) and PAHC (on the Marjon site) and may be required to travel between any of our other sites.

This is a permanent, part-time position working 18.5 hours per week. The working pattern is Monday (7.4 hours), Tuesday (7.4 hours) and Wednesday morning (3.7 hours).
