Are you looking for a new role as a Senior Project Manager? Interested in being responsible for the commercialisation and delivery of products to the Orthopaedic? If the answer is yes, this role is for you! The Senior Project Manager will be working to establish a competitive advantage for all new product introduction programs and projects that are part of an overall product portfolio. You will be using leadership skills to ensure that cross functional resources are assigned and held accountable for task and outcome completion, ensuring that products are launched on time and meet established goals and objectives that support the financial and competitive goals of the organization! This is an exciting 12 month contract position with a global medical devices manufacturer. You will be paid weekly, one week in arrears. The role is full time, 37 hours a week are to be worked and you will also be entitled to a pension plan and holiday pay. Duties: * Under general supervision, makes decisions affecting project budgets, assignment/alignment of resources, project execution and surgeon/customer relations * Impact of decisions made can have significant impact regarding costs, product launch, and surgeon/customer relations * Ability to manage project budgets within guidelines * Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity and apply project management skills which result in meeting project goals and objectives * Ability to ensure compliance to FDA, MDD, etc. to design control regulations. * Ability to effectively utilize both written and oral communication formats when making presentations resulting in the obtainment of overall company goals and objectives * Ability to effectively use negotiation and conflict resolution skills * Ability to build effective interdependent partnering relationships * Ability to demonstrate and integrate the SOL into all business practices and activities * Liaise with surgeons and hospital Staff /Universities and External R&D Groups Qualifications and experience: * Bachelors Degree in technical field or equivalent experience in medical device field * Graduate degree a plus 3-5 years product development experience as an individual contributor in the medical devices or related field * Orthopaedic implant, instrument and technology design experience preferred If this role is of interest to yourself, and matches your skills sets and experience then please click apply below to submit your CV.
