Students: Getting ready for real-world R&D

Pushingtechnology further is teamwork, and our R&D team is more than 5,500 peoplestrong, with major sites on three continents. Dozens of diverse,interdisciplinary teams work in parallel to meet a challenging developmentschedule.

In such anenvironment, your colleagues may be sitting next door, or they could bethousands of kilometers away in a different country, or even working for adifferent company.

Aninternship at ASML is your opportunity to get to know this world ofindustrial-strength R&D and get a feel for that excites you most. Will you identify, develop and apply the mosteffective and robust machine learning approach to analyze complex machine dataand apply the results to improve performance and diagnostics capabilities, orwill you generate actionable insights from Big Data by advanced modeling?

Education
Currently pursuing a MSc in Computer Science, Applied mathematics, Applied Statistics or a related technical field involving experimental design and quantitative analysis of experimental data. Good knowledge of optimization techniques and statistics is a must
Experience working with large datasets using Matlab, R, and Python,or other statistical software
