Job Description
Our client, an aerospace and engineering company, is currently looking for an experienced IT Manager for their team. The company is a worldwide industry leader in both the aerospace and electrical field, present in over twenty-five countries.
This is an opportunity to work in a cutting-edge industry for a highly successful and established global company. They are ideally looking for someone with the ability to manage and administrate Network Architecture (Cisco, Stonesoft), Network security concepts and firewall , Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Server and Desktop Virtualization (VMWare and other), Backup and other Disaster Recovery (Symantec BackupExec,netbackup,Veeam).

This is a full-time, hybrid role 3-4 days on-site in Grand Prairie, TX paying between $140-$160k.

Require Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or five to seven years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Vendor management to maintain key IT partner relationships
• Ability to manage and administrate Network Architecture (Cisco, Stonesoft), Network security concepts and firewall , Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Server and Desktop Virtualization (VMWare and other), Backup and other Disaster Recovery (Symantec BackupExec, netbackup, Veem)
• Participate in maintenance of Disaster/Recovery Plan
• Database administration experience with Microsoft SQL
• Demonstrated knowledge in managing router, network switches, understanding VLANs, VPN tunneling, and MPLS networks and telephony systems.

The Offer
Full time, salary will range from $140-160k based on experience.
