Senior Project Manager

Skills Alliance are partnered to hire for roles in Project Management for a SME CRO in the USA. They are a medium-sized CRO who work specifically with very interesting small Biotech companies. They work across phase I-III and work in very interesting therapy areas including Oncology, Rare Disease and Gene Therapy on cutting edge studies. They focus on quality and delivery to their clients rather than metrics and offer a great working environment. The company is dedicated to developing their employees in the long term - previous placements having 2 promotions within 4 years, meaning there is a good opportunity to expand scope of responsibility (including line and program management if desired, also more BD focused roles). They are looking for an individual with several years (ideally 4 years +) of experience in a PM role within a CRO environment. They are offering a Senior Project Manager role and can tailor the role to the experience and aspirations of the employee, including line management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in vendor management, budget management, and working with dynamic biotech companies on interesting studies. The Senior PM will have about 8-10 projects that they will be working on, so must have experience in working with a workload of this scale. Global study experience is also required, as this role will involve working on large global studies. Client facing experience is preferred, as is experience in handling bid defences. The company will offer excellent progression and development opportunities. They have very low turnover, offer good flexibility and we have had excellent feedback. This position is remote for experienced candidates, however it is preferred if candidates are close to their offices then some attendance would be ideal. They have offices in various locations across the US. Salary ranges are flexible, with salary being directly linked to experience but circa $150-175K depending on level, also bonus + excellent benefits. More details upon application.
