Introducing the Essays from the Harvard Forum II.

Abstract

The authors discuss the Harvard Forum II event that was held at the Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts in September 2009, featured in a September 2010 issue of the journal "Information Technologies & International Development." The forum was participated by Nobel laureates Michael Spence and Amartya Sen. Among the topics discussed at the event were poverty reduction, human development, and information and communications technology (ICT).
