Towards evidence-based ICT policy and regulation: M-banking the unbanked

Abstract

Interesting presentation on how many people in SADC region have mobile phones but no bank accounts. His presentation was really pushing the need for easier access to open bank accounts and for mobile banking. This is of interest for fraud accounting and the electronic evidence that is from mobile devices.
