The article reports that almost two-thirds of executives interviewed by staffing firm Robert Half International said professional networking Web sites would be useful in searching for potential employees. Executives also stated that social networking Web sites, such as Facebook or MySpace, are also useful as a recruiting resource. A list of technology tools which executives believe to be useful in recruiting efforts is also presented which includes video resumes and the online game Second Life.
