Abstract

The coverage of wrestling events from the perspective of medical personnel is reviewed here. Considerations are made regarding the role of medical personnel, the supplies that are important for wrestling event coverage, and the injuries that are frequently encountered in wrestling. Attention is given to treatment of injuries and conditions that are largely specific to wrestling. © 2005 Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, Inc.
