Abstract

To study the role of transformational leadership in organizational change and considering the mediating effect of trust the researcher conducted the study. To examine the relationship the author collected the data via questionnaires from the banking sector of Pakistan. The results are calculated by regression analysis and there is significant relationship between the transformational leadership with organizational change and trust is playing the mediating role. In the end the implications and the limitations of the research are discussed. Keywords: Transformational leadership, Organizational change, trust, banking sector.
