Abstract

The Arctic is very rich in hydrocarbons. There is a problem of transportation of extracted minerals since in the Arctic Ocean, and enterprises use only sea transport. There is a high risk of damage to the ship and oil spills, which can cause irreparable damage to the ecosystem of the Arctic. In our work, we are creating a monitoring system onboard the ship. This system should provide continuous monitoring of the situation on the ship.
