Abstract

Green chemistry is not an emerging trend, but is already a reality owing to its applications. A large number of case studies are presented here in addition to literature work. The case studies cover new approaches and new experiments, which will articulate the requirement for industrial application of sustainable chemistry. © 2006 IUPAC.
