An innovative, straightforward, precise, accurate, reproducible, and efficient simultaneous equation method, or Vierordt's technique, was successfully developed for predicting Miconazole and Neomycin in pharmaceutical Non-Pressurized Topical spray. Miconazole and Neomycin absorbance in 6.8 pH phosphate buffer and in ethanol were established at two wavelengths of 246 nm and 224 nm, respectively. Miconazole and Neomycin spectrum of standard curve showed to be linear in concentrations of 5-12 μg/ml and 2-10 μg/ml, respectively, with correlation coefficients of 0.9988. The LOD along with LOQ for Miconazole were 0.59 μg/ml and 7.385 μg/ml, significantly, whereas the LOD and LOQ for Neomycin were 0.28 μg/ml and 1.493 μg/ml. The precision investigation examined at the percent relative standard deviation, values were confirmed to be within allowable limits. At various levels, the percentage rate of recovery for Miconazole ranged from 0.12 to 0.47 percent and 0.23 to 0.31 percent for Neomycin, indicating that the suggested approach is accurate. Basis of the findings of this experiment, it can be concluded that detecting Miconazole and Neomycin in non-pressurized topical spray. Simultaneously is simple, accurate, precise as well as economical. The proposed approach might be brought to calculate Miconazole and Neomycin in non-pressurized topical spray form.
