Abstract

The Pr. Marie Rose Moro' service of child and adolescent psychopathology at the hospital Avicenne receives, among others, patients of school age presenting difficulties of oral language and/or for reading and writing. These difficulties can be imputable to a specific linguistic disorder (speech langage impairment for the oral language and dyslexia for the written language), to a delay of language acquisition within global delay of the development, to a context of bilingualism, or to a intrusive disorders of the development. The clinical reality of these difficulties is complicated by the situations, frequent, of multicultural memberships and multilingual practices. This article presents various difficulties of language oral and written observed among child of school age, then makes a link with the clinical practices, of evaluation and care, in the situations of bilingualism. © érès.
