MTH Information Service Mode Innovation Based on Residents' Information Behavior and Cognitive Difference

Abstract

It is of great significance to explore residents' new information service mode of medical treatment and health (MTH). This study proposed a residents' information behavior model for MTH, conducted a survey of residents' information behavior of MTH, studied the information characters, needs and use preferences based on the Logit model from a novel viewpoint of residents' cognitive difference. Based on the analysis results, the new MTH information service mode was proposed, involving aspects of diversified information service channels and layered recommendation for different groups of residents, enhancement of training and publicity for information acquisition of MTH, service fee reform, and so on.
