Abstract

Field research by the method of observation, documentation and interview with the supervisor, foreman and employees / warehouse staff committed to the process of receiving, stock in, invetory, stock out and stock opname. The data collected are quantitative data includes data spare parts and spare parts as well as the difference and qualitative data covering warehouse management condition and the cause of the problems that occurred in the warehouse. Research results are the factors that cause the difference in the number of recorded stock of spare parts available in the warehouse with PT.
