Abstract
Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are amongst the most common knee injuries in the active patient population. As a result, ACL reconstruction is a commonly performed procedure that allows active patients to return to athletic competition. However, rates of failure of primary ACL reconstruction are not insignificant, and revision ACL surgery can be fraught with complexities that can make these cases particularly challenging. This chapter will detail practical game-day preparation that will hopefully make your next revision ACL surgery a smooth and efficient process for both you and your patient.
