Abstract

The in-plane conductivity of conjugated polymer monolayers was mapped using a novel scanning micro four-point probe. The probe allowed the source, drain, and voltage electrodes to be positioned within the same domain. Through mapping, it was determined how microscopic ordering in the polymer domains controls the conductivity.
