Abstract

This paper describes the methods for two data products aimed at addressing deforestation linked to cocoa production: the West Africa Cocoa Dataset, an aggregate database of cocoa plots mapped by 19 companies, and the Cocoa Deforestation Risk Assessment which estimates future deforestation risk.
