Abstract

Hidradenitis suppurativa is a chronic, debilitating condition of apocrinebearing skin. It is frequently difficult to manage, with multiple modalities often required. The authors present a case of hidradenitis suppurativa managed successfully with botulinum toxin A, and review the existing literature on the topic.
