The system designed is a new employee recruitment system in the company of PT. Fast food Indonesia Pekanbaru Region. With the implementation of this new employee recruitment system, those who will apply for jobs can easily access and provide information without having to come directly to the company. In addition, this recruitment system can also provide convenience if the company requires information about applicants if needed employees to occupy the position to be occupied. The system is made using the SDLC approach and aims to make it easier for applicants when submitting the desired application and HRD staff in selecting the incoming applications. In addition, the use of this system can reduce paper piles which can take up space.
