Abstract

A 54-year-old patient with long-standing rheumatoid arthritis developed chronic eosinophilic pneumonia in association with a relapse of his arthritic condition. There was a rapid and complete response to oral steroid therapy. © 1980 The Fellowship of Postgraduate Medicine.
