Sosialisasi Pentingnya Penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Pada Karyawan Pabrik Semen Tuban

Abstract

The level of occupational safety and health of workers is very necessary for workers. Especially in work environments that have high safety and health risks, because safety in the factory is not only caused by the system that has been implemented by the factory but also the awareness of each individual to avoid work accidents. The purpose of the socialization is to increase workers' knowledge and understanding of occupational safety and health and create a comfortable and safe work environment. The methodology is carried out by three methods, namely the first is conducting a location survey, the second is the implementation of the socialization of the importance of occupational safety and health, and the third is implementing occupational safety and health in work. 9 participants attended the socialization. Before the socialization, a small proportion of workers (33.33%) already knew about workers K3. After the socialization, workers who knew K3 increased 55.55% to 88.89%. And workers have also applied occupational safety and health while working and wear the specified PPE. This is according to the desired target of this activity, where factory owners and workers understand about OSH in the workplace and apply it.
