Abstract

The article discusses the creation of a Resource Management department at Auraria Library in Colorado and the outcomes, obstacles and future of the new reorganization. Topics include the three institutions served by the academic library such as the University of Colorado Denver and Community College of Denver, an overview of the structure of the library's Technical Services division, and the shared leadership being practiced in the library.
