Abstract
The article presents an essay related to a strategic plan regarding engagement of alumni in undergraduate leadership education, adopted by Villanova University. Topics include a brief description of the Villanova University Student Leadership Forum, learning outcomes of the student leadership forum such as identification of importance of ethics and integrity in leadership, interacting with aspiring leaders and alumni in Washington, D.C.; and advantages of engaging different leaders.
