A necessidade das relações interorganizacionais frente à atual estrutura de mercado

Abstract

This empirical article objective is to analyze and to identify advantages of the cooperation between the new businesses and the incubator of companies (Inovates) and the technology park (Tecnovates). For this, theoretical references of the Brazilian capitalist structure and regarding inter-organizational relations were presented as a mechanism to obtain competitiveness. In order to reach the objective, methodologically the study used the qualitative and quantitative descriptive exploratory approach, through in-depth interviews conducted with the incubator managers and the technology park, as well as a survey through questionnaires answered by the entrepreneurs. The results allowed us to identify and analyze the advantages of cooperation through these inter-organizational relationships, as a way to enable the development of new businesses and new technologies. The involvement of university-business-government actors is of fundamental importance in preparing micro and small businesses for competition of large national and international companies.
