Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe student's reflective thinking abilities based on their learning interests in the material of straight line equations. Where Interest in learning is very important in maximizing the ability to think reflectively of a student which will affect his learning outcomes. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were class VIII F students of SMP Negeri 2 Banyudono. Data collection techniques using tests, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the analysis of the test results, it shows that students with medium learning interest have low, medium, and high levels of mathematical reflective thinking. Students with high learning interest have low, medium, and high levels of reflective thinking. In this study, there were no students with low learning interest.
