MicroRNA expression profiling

Abstract

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are presumed to be key regulators of gene expression. Miltenyi Biotec has developed a newly designed microarray comprising all human, mouse, rat, and viral miRNA sequences currently listed in smiRNA4 and miRBase v.105. This state-of-the-art microarray contains an extensive control system for monitoring miRNA enrichment, labelling and normalisation.
