The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the combination between the addition of various concentrations of Local Microorganisms (MOL) of the Mas snails and the frequency of their application on the growth of robusta coffee cuttings seedlings. This research was conducted from December 2022 to February 2023 at the practice area of the Jember State Polytechnic. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with the first factor consisting of 6 MOL concentrations: 0% (control), 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10% and 12.5%. While the second factor is the frequency of application every 2 weeks and 4 weeks. So there were 12 treatments with 3 replications. Observational data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), and further tested with LSD (Less Significant Difference) 5%. The results of this study, the application of MOL Keong Mas significantly affected the parameters of plant length, stem diameter, leaf length and had no significant effect on parameters of number of leaves dan root length. The best treatment of most of the treatment parameters is the administration of 5% MOL Keong Mas per plant which is applied every 2 weeks
