Abstract

The two drugs most commonly used in chemical peels as an office cosmetic surgical procedure are trichloroacetic acid (TCA) and phenol. The authors use special combinations of resorcinol in different formulations that are called Golden Peel. Their formulations are shown in Tables 13.1 and 13.2. These formulations are simple, effective, inexpensive, and safe chemical peels. © Springer-Verlag 2008.
