Abstract

The anaesthetic management is described of a patient with Jervell, Lange-Nielson (JLN) syndrome presenting on two occasions for Caesarean section. The syndrome, its treatment and the choice of anaesthesia are discussed. © 1984 The Macmillan Press Ltd.
