Abstract: The writing of this scientific work reviews the literature review on factors that affect employee performance including emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, or OCB (organizational citizenship behavior). Researchers write this scientific work to determine the hypothesis that affects each variable so that it can be used for other writing. The results that researchers get from writing this scientific paper are 1) Emotional intelligence has a positive or significant impact on employee performance; 2) Organizational commitment has a positive or significant impact on employee performance; 3) Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive or significant impact on employee performance; 4). Organizational climate has a positive or significant impact on employee performance; 5). Emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, OCB (organizational citizenship behavior), and organizational climate together have a positive and crucial impact on employee performance. Abstrak: Penulisan karya ilmiah ini mengulas perihal kajian pustaka faktor yang berakibat ke kinerja karyawan meliputi kecerdasan emosional, komitmen organisasi ataupun OCB (organizational citizenship behaviour). Peneliti menuliskan karya ilmiah ini agar bisa menentukan hipotesis yang berakibat ke tiap variabel supaya dapat dimanfaatkan bagi penulisan lain. Hasil yang peneliti dapat dari penulisan karya ilmiah ini ialah: 1) Kecerdasan emosional berakibat positif ataupun signifikan kepada kinerja karyawan; 2) Komitmen organisasional berakibat positif ataupun signifikan kepada kinerja karyawan; 3) Organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) berakibat positif ataupun signifikan kepada kinerja karyawan; 4). Iklim organisasi berakibat positif ataupun signifikan kepada kinerja karyawan; 5). Kecerdasan emosional, komitmen organisasi, OCB (organizational citizenship behaviour), serta Iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama berakibat positif maupun krusial bagi kinerja pegawai.
