Making the impossible possible

Abstract

A medical equipment manufacturing company set up a software company to provide information technology (IT) service and support across UK, France, Germany, Italy and Australia. Plans for global operations were underway with Spain and the Netherlands identified as the next targets. The application service provider (ASP) route was taken up to satisfy all its business requirements without the use of complex and expensive infrastructure.
