Abstract

The fundamental concept for developing anti-viral modified nucleoside was proposed. An idea to use 4'-C-substituted-2'-deoxynucleoside derivatives based on the fundamental concept was also proposed to solve the problems of the existing highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART). © 2014 Ohrui H.
