Abstract

Based on the few reliable and reproducible cold fusion experiments, the power law of reaction probability on nuclear distance arrived at a value of 3 pm which is in agreement with results derived by a different method (Vigier and Rambaut) of 2.5 pm. For our plasma and swimming electron model we calculate a screening factor of 14. © 1993.
