Abstract
This paper discusses the importance of engaging 3D scanning technology to preserve China’s cultural properties. The paper also aims to share the experience of Amber Digital Solutions Company (Amber in short) with using 3D data technology in cultural exchanges, restoration programs and interactive presentations during exhibitions. Several case studies are presented.
