Parental Education, Socio-Economic Status, Psychological Well-being, Self-Esteem and Academic Achievement: A Review

Abstract

This paper is a review of existing literature on Parental Education, Parental Education, SocioEconomic Status, Psychological well-being, Self-Esteem and Academic Achievement. All the above variables are interconnected and have significant relationship with each other. To review the literature, 37 studies were selected as per their relevance to the topic. A brief description of the connections between these variables has been summarized in this study. This study is helpful and provides a foundation for further research into the fields of Education, Economics, Psychology and Sociology simultaneously.
