Liderazgo femenil en una localidad maya de Chiapas : un examen desde las teorías del habitus y del actor-red

Abstract

En este texto analizamos la instauración de ocho lideresas de la comunidad maya, innovando al incursionar en la teoria del habitus y utilizar la terminologia de la teoria del Actor Red (ant) para problematizar la constructión de los liderazgos femeninos. El destiempo entre prácticas y habitus se revela violentamente; en cambio, mediante los casos de estas mujeres alfareras contestamos a preguntas como: ¿quiénes forjan los hoyos estructurales que les permiten entrar en contacto con las nuevas ideas para innovar?, pues resulta contradictorio que falten las escuelas o la innovaci6n por medio de la formación técnica. Las lideresas han mediado entre las contradicciones comunitarias y las instituciones regionales y nacionales, al tiempo que las mujeres y hombres funcionarios han actuado tambtén como traductoras e impulsado los procesos de movilización femenina en el municipio. /// This is an analysis of the rise to prominence of eight female leaders from a Maya community, using as an innovating turn habitus theory and terminology drawn from actor-network theory, in order to problematize female leadership construction. While the discrepancy between practices and habitus is forcibly revealed, the authors in theirturn, by analyzing the cases of these women potters, try and answer questions such as who provides structural holes that allow them to get in touch with innovating ideas, since their success is not consistent with a pervading lack of schools, and artistic or technical training. These female leaders have become mediators between communitarian contradictions, and regional and national institutions.
