La ruta de ida y vuelta entre la Comisión Nacional de los Derechos Humanos y el Sistema Interamericano: una relación para la protección de los derechos en México

Abstract

This article studies the relationship between the National Commission of Human Rights in Mexico and the Inter-American Human Rights System. On the one hand, regarding the reception of the Inter-American jurisprudence in the recommendations of that national body, but also concerning the reference of its recommendatory work by the Inter-American Commission and Court, as an actor in various Inter-American processes, precautionary measures and amicus curiae, during the period 1990-2019. All of which is discussed in the legal effects and scope of this collaboration, in terms of subsidiarity, as part of a jurisprudential dialogue and in the reinterpretation of its powers.
