The relationship between quality of work life and spiritual intelligence in the city of Gonbad Welfare Organization

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between quality of work life and spiritual intelligence in the Welfare Organization is the city of Gonbad. Methodology: The research methodology was descriptive, correlational research is survey. The target population included all employees of the Department of Social Welfare city Kavus dome 57 Summary.
