Abstract

Despite the periorbital and nasolabial areas being the structures that are most visible during social engage-ments and showing the signs of aging at an earlier stage, aging of the neck with or without fat accumulation seems to be the most troublesome to most patients. For this reason, patients request neck rejuvenation as an isolated procedure or as a component of a more com-prehensive facial rejuvenation. © Springer-Verlag 2008.
