Application research of nano-storage materials in cold chain logistics of e-commerce fresh agricultural products

Abstract

In order to study the effect of different phase change coolants on the quality of e-commerce fresh agricultural products distribution box, this experiment selected pure water, mass fraction of 18.8% NaCl, 46.3% ethanol and 29% CaCl 2 solution. The ice bag, with no ice bag as a control, simulates the distribution of the summer e-commerce fresh agricultural product distribution box, and measures the temperature inside the box and the central temperature, sensory and physical and chemical indicators of the agricultural product. The results show that the addition of phase change coolant can effectively maintain the quality of agricultural products in the distribution process, and the lower the phase transition temperature of the cold storage material, the longer the meat quality of agricultural products is maintained. 18.8% of the NaCl solution ice pack can better maintain the quality of the agricultural products, and the agricultural product can be kept frozen in 2 h, suitable for short-distance distribution; 46.3% of the CaCl 2 solution ice pack can keep the agricultural products after 5 h of transportation. In the frozen state, the central temperature is only −20.74 °C. The quality of agricultural products at the end of transportation is close to that of fresh agricultural products. The redness value is up to 13.61, the hardness and chewiness are 3.80 N and 220.50, which is significantly higher than other test groups. It is a good low temperature cold storage material for agricultural products.
