Pelaksanaan Jual Beli Makanan menggunakan Fitur OVO pada Aplikasi GrabFood pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 dalam Perspektif Fiqh Al-Bai’

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) the mechanism of buying and selling food with payment using the OVO feature on the GrabFood application during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Al-Ihsan Cibiru Hilir Islamic Boarding School, Bandung Regency. 2). Review of sharia economic law on the application of multi-contract food purchases with payment using the OVO feature in the GrabFood application during the Covid-19 pandemic at the al-ihsan boarding school cibiru hilir bandung district. This study uses a descriptive method by using the results of previous research as a data source which is described using literature study techniques and analyzed using a qualitative analysis approach, namely research used to examine the condition of objects in the field scientifically. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of buying and selling food using the OVO feature on the GrabFood application during the Covid-19 pandemic is in accordance with the procedures determined by the government and may be carried out according to sharia economic law.
