Abstract

The authors regret the presence of a certain flaw in the figures that necessitated corrections. The representative panel of PKCε Western blot bands in Figure 8A was incorrect. The panel of PKCε protein bands was mistakenly sourced from the mechanism experiment 4.2 that used ALDH2 CRISPR to study downstream signaling of TGR5 with red marker. Therefore, we would like request a correction for representative panel of PKCε Western blot bands in Figure 8A. This was an unintentional oversight during the assembly of the figure. The other elements of the figure remain unchanged. These changes do not affect the results or conclusions of this study. The corrected Figure 8A is presented below. The authors apologize for any inconvenience caused. Revised Figure 8 is attached.[Formula presented]
