Abstract

Profesora de Filosofia. Universidad de la Rioja. Edificio c(l,uis Vivess c. Abstract. A. S ~ h i i t. sociophenomenology: between constructivism and realism This article examines the relationship between A. Schürz's thought and Phenomenology. Despite its controversy, Schutz is the creator of the Sociophenomenology, as he was able to apply Husserl's Philosophy to &e social analysis. Schutz Husserl'investigations about &bennueh, and its eidetics Psychology. He applied the method of the transcendental Phenomenology in his worked on the world of the daily life. This linking with the Phenorn~nology can be illustrated in Schiitz's treatment of Intersubjectivity and his philosophy of the human and social sciences. Once this examined, we can assert a contemporary tendency to critically classify Phenomenology as a type of idealism and Schütz's thought amongst constructivist theories of social reality. We conclude that both assertions are too over-simple and inappropriate .
