The purpose of this study are: 1. to determine the description of leadership style, motivation, and employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pematangsiantar; 2. to determine the influence of leadership style employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pematangsiantar; 3. to determine the influence of motivation employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pematangsiantar. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. leadership style, motivation, and employee performance are good; 2. there is a positive influence between leadership style on motivation and motivation on employee performance; 3. there is a moderately high and positive correlation between leadership style and motivation and a high and positive correlation between motivation and employee performance; 4. hypothesis test results stated H0 rejected, means leadrship style and motivation have positive and significant infuence on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pematangsiantar either simultaneously or partially.
