Abstract

The book captures the essence of leadership, its characteristics and ways in Asia through the cultural and philosophical visor. With Asian sayings, proverbs and quotes, the book discusses leadership issues and ways in the major Asian countries including China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore. The leadership styles and ways of various great Asian national leaders and corporate leaders in these Asian countries are also examined.
