Upaya Deteksi Dini Penularan Tuberkulosis Pada Anggota Keluarga Kontak Serumah Penderita TB Aktif Menggunakan Uji Tuberkulin

Abstract

Pemeriksaan skrining penularan tuberkulosis pada anggota keluarga tinggal serumah adalah merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan penemuan kasus tuberkulosis dan merupakan hal yang penting dalam pengendalian tuberkulosis. Angka kejadian TB Positif di Balai Besar Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat (BBKPM) Makassar pertahunnya mengalami kecenderungan meningkat sehingga resiko penularan akan bertambah terutama terhadap anggota keluarga karena penularan TB melalui droplet infection. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan kapasitas tenaga kesehatan dalam upaya penanggulangan penyakit tuberkulosis dengan meningkatkan kemampuan deteksi dini penularan penyakit tuberkulosis pada anggota keluarga kontak serumah. Metode pada pengabdian ini dengan melakukan uji Tuberkulin pada keluarga kontak serumah penderita TB aktif di BBKPMM. Kegiatan ini dilakukan bulan Juli sampai dengan Oktober tahun 2019.  Diagnosis pemeriksaan dilakukan oleh perawat dan Analis Tenaga Laboratorium Medis. Anggota keluarga pasien yang dijadikan peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah keluarga penderita TB aktif yang ada di ruang perawatan inap lantai II di BBKPMM. Hasil pemeriksaan uji tuberkulian dari 45 anggota keluarga kontak serumah penderita TB paru aktif diperoleh 22 orang (49%) yang positif dan 23 orang (51%). Hasil kegiatan ini menjadi masukan bagi pihak BBPKMM akan melakukan tindak lanjut bagi anggota keluarga penderita yang positif.    Screening tests of tuberculosis transmission on family members living in housemates are attempts to increase the discovery of tuberculosis cases and are important in the control of tuberculosis. The method of this dedication by conducting the Tuberculin test in the family contact of patients with active TB in BBKPMM. This activity is conducted from July to October 2019.  Diagnosis of examination is conducted by nurses and medical laboratory energy analysts. The family member of the patient who is used as a participant in this activity is a family of active TB sufferers in the treatment room of the second floor in BBKPMM. Results of the test tests of tuberculosis from 45 members of the household contacts of patients with active Lung Tuberculosis obtained 22 people (49%) Positive and 23 people (51%). The results of this activity as an input for the BBPKMM will do follow up for the positive family members of the sufferer.
